Meet Dr. Katherine Lee

Dr. Katherine Lee is an Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon holding appointments at St. Joseph’s Health Centre as well as the University of Toronto as a clinical instructor.
She has been serving the Greater Toronto Area for numerous years in Oral Surgery as owner of West Toronto Oral Surgery.  
 
Dr. Katherine Lee studied Human Physiology at the University of Western Ontario where she received a Bachelor of Medical Science Honours degree. She received her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the University of Toronto. She then completed a General Practice Residency at Vancouver General Hospital and a surgical internship with focus on facial trauma in New York City. She returned to Toronto for her specialty training in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery and Anesthesia at the University of Toronto along side Dr. Ta as his co-resident. During that time she obtained a Master of Science for her research on bone growth and tissue engineering.
